Out of the 5 limiting-believes, you’ve listed yesterday in activity 9, choose the 2 ones which you want to work today. Write what to do (for each of the “limiting believes”) to improve your way of thinking about them. And then put it into practice …

For example, I chose, among my shortcomings, the judgment …
So I gave myself the task of being present to myself and not to judge, but also not to feel judged by others (even when I feel judged),
not to waste energy thinking about what others do and/or think.

In most cultures, there are many negative believes about money and business. People assume the news as a representative source of information. But they are not! In fact, the bad news is selling better. That’s why you get to acknowledge the cases of corruption, bad business habits, scandals in enterprises, how companies make their customers addicted, tens of times more often than about the good ones. Even if there are tens of times more good companies out there than bad ones! So, not even 1% of the businesses are responsible for all of the bad news!

There are plenty of movies, for example, Super Size. It reports, how sick one becomes from eating only at McDonald’s 3 times a day. But there are no movies about how much money Bill Gates did put in charity. Actually, he and many other extraordinarily successful entrepreneurs gave the majority of their assets to charity! Hardly anyone would watch the movies with positive examples. So reports about such positive examples are rare, very rare. To run your business successful you need to

Identify and eliminate negative beliefs

2. What do I need to learn to Overcoming Self Limiting Beliefs?

Find a way to replace a limiting belief with a helpful one: Tell yourself exactly the opposite of it to overwrite it. One needs to replace it. Because only deleting it hardly ever works. Just try strop drinking, smoking, eating unhealthy food. There is hardly a chance to succeed if one does not replace it with a new pleasant habit.
The new beneficial belief can be programmed in your subconscious mind e.g. with incantations:

Incantations or Affirmations – Prime Your Mind With an Incantation

Another possibility is mind storming: Write the new belief on a paper and write below it:

… all the way to
50.
And find 50 examples, stories, ideas, … that prove that the new beneficial belief is correct. That can take a week or two. And that is good! Because it keeps your mind focussed for a long time on the new belief until your subconscious does not doubt it anymore. So it will attract more of it in the future.

3. How to manage the growth-pain while Overcoming Self Limiting Beliefs?

The pain is not pleasant, but it is a strong driver to get you going. But in the long run, you need pleasure to keep you on track and to enjoy your journey.

DAY 9: The Law of Giving
First of all, we need to understand the concept of the law of giving and receiving. And what it means to you as a female entrepreneur.
To sharpen your awareness for today’s task, think about what limits you and you cannot see, check out this blog, then come back for task 9 to this page:

Task 9:

Write down 5 limiting believes. Believes that do not allow you to get what you really want, both materially and not materially. Believes you want to improve and without which everything could flow (proceed) better. Often, they are hard to recognize, but they mostly start with: “I cannot, because …”
Try to concentrate and go as deep as you can. Feel in your heart what those believes really are. Every change starts with awareness.
