This guided meditation trains your subconscious mind, to automatically transform weakness into motivation.

Let's begin: To turn weakness, lack of energy, or decision-making problems into motivation, strength, and decision-making power. Make yourself comfortable ... and close your eyes ...

Concentrate on your heart center, ...
and listen to your heartbeat.

Step 1: Breath

Pinch the thumb of your left hand and take some deep breaths.
Let go of the past and the future, and arrive at the here and now.

Concentrate on your heart center,
and lead your breathing energy to this point.

It helps if you touch that point with the middle and the ring fingers of both hands.

Breathe in energy, on 4 heartbeats ...
Breathe out and relax, on 6 beats ...

Now, concentrate on your third eye,
that is located on your forehead, slightly above the center of your eyebrows,
to clarify your thoughts.

And, to improve the focus,
softly touch your third eye with the middle and the ring fingers.

Breathe in energy, on 4 heartbeats ...
and breathe out to relax, on 6 beats...

Finally, open your crown chakra,
and focus your breathing energy flow on it.
It is located slightly above the highest point of your head.

You may want to touch the top of your head,
to connect easier to the infinite field of energy and information.

Breathe in energy, for 4 heartbeats ...
and breath out to let go of your outer world, on 6 ...

Step 2: Feel

Pinch your index finger and determine the emotion you feel: This is your thermometer.

Feel into your weakness, lack of energy, and decision-making problems. Let them drop even further. Make the absence of power even poorly, and make scarcity unbearable.
Let your weakness, lack of energy, and decision-making problems be as worse as possible. And dive down into the pain they are creating. Expand their pain, until you cannot stand them anymore!
Drop it further: Your weakness, lack of energy, and decision-making problems! And let them descend even faster. Increase the pain, so that it is badly torturing you.

Step 3: Replace

Then you pinch your middle finger: Let the weakness, lack of energy, and decision-making problems go, within one heartbeat!
Release it ... and replace it with motivation, strength, and decision-making power.

Now, raise the motivation, strength, and decision-making power!

Adjust the feeling of motivation, strength, and decision-making power to the level you want it.

Give yourself as much time as you need to elevate your motivation, strength, and decision-making power to your optimal level.

Take your time, and advance your motivation, power, and decision-making power to your perfect level.

Step 4: Manifesting

Then you pinch your ring finger and repeat the affirmations for motivation, strength, and decision-making power.

First Energetically:

I am competent enough! And I know deep inside of me! That I have the energy to do it! And I know the way, how to do it!

I am confident! To take the right decision! And that I will succeed to do it!

And I know my purpose in life! And I can feel, see, and I know, how my decisions serve this purpose!

Then repeat it with the feeling of gratitude:

I am competent enough? And I know deep inside of me, that I have the energy to do it? And I know the way, how to do it?

I am confident? To take the right decision? And that I will succeed to do it?

And I know my purpose in life? And I can feel, see, and I know, how my decisions serve this purpose?

And finally, repeat it happily:

I am competent enough. And I know deep inside of me, that I have the energy to do it. And I know the way, how to do it.

I am confident. To take the right decision. And that I will succeed to do it.

And I know my purpose in life. And I can feel, see, and I know, how my decisions serve this purpose.

Step 5: Take Action

Now, since you feel motivation, strength, and decision-making power, you pinch your little finger, ask yourself, and make a decision:

What action do I take now?

What action do I take now?

What action do I take now?

Make your decision. Decide now!

Whenever you're ready, slowly open your eyes,
while you remain connected to the infinite field of energy and information.

Now, you are in the best energy to take the first step!
Pinching your pinky manifests a neuronal anchor.

You may utilize it any time you experience a negative emotion, for example, weakness, lack of energy, and decision-making problems.
Just pinching it again to create motivation, strength, and decision-making power instantly.

It is very essential, to write down your decision about the question:

What action do I take now?

Write it down and start doing the first step right now! Because currently, you are in the best energy for it.

Put a daily reminder for at least 21 days in your planner, calendar, or time management system.
Each time your reminder comes up,

  • redo this meditation,
  • pinch your little finger, or
  • review your notes.

This will manifest into a habit. And already after 3 weeks, your subconscious mind will work for you:
