This guided meditation trains your subconscious mind, to automatically transform your pain into a pleasure for your heart.

Let's begin to transform any pain into heart pleasure,
Make yourself comfortable ... and close your eyes ...

Concentrate on your heart center, ...
and listen to your heartbeat.

Step 1: Breath

Pinch the thumb of your left hand and take some deep breaths.
Let go of the past and the future, and arrive at the here and now.

Concentrate on your heart center,
and lead your breathing energy to this point.

It helps if you touch your heart center with the middle and the ring fingers of both hands.

Breathe in energy, on 4 heartbeats ...
Breathe out and relax, on 6 beats ...

Now, concentrate on your third eye, to clarify your thoughts.
that is located on your forehead, slightly above the center of your eyebrows,

And, to improve the focus,
softly touch your third eye with the middle and the ring fingers.

Breathe in energy, on 4 heartbeats ...
and breathe out to relax, on 6 beats...

Finally, open your crown chakra,
and focus your breathing energy flow on it.
It is located slightly above the highest point of your head.

You may want to touch the top of your head there,
to connect easier to the infinite cosmic field of energy and information.

Breathe in energy, for 4 heartbeats...
and breath out to let go of your outer world, on 6 ...

Step 2: Feel

Pinch your index finger and determine the emotion you feel: This is your thermometer.

Feel into your pain in the ass. Let the pain grow. Increase its intensity, making it unbearable.
Let the pain grow, and level it up. Expand the pain, so that it is plaguing you.
Boost your pain in the ass, and increase it even faster. Extend it, so that it is badly torturing you.

Step 3: Replace

Now, you pinch your middle finger: Let your pain go in one heartbeat!
Release it ... and replace it with heart pleasure, gratitude, and the feeling of happiness.

Raise the pleasure in your heart!

Adjust the feeling of heart pleasure to the level you want it.

Give yourself as much time as you need to elevate your heart's pleasure to your optimal level.

Take your time, and advance the pleasure in your heart to your perfect level.

Step 4: Manifesting

Then you pinch your ring finger and repeat the following affirmations to create heart pleasure.

First Energetically:

I accept, that I misinterpreted it and give it a new meaning. I build something new out of pain, something helpful. Because evolution never developed anything useless. I communicate my feelings skillfully. Because I clarified for me what really happened.

Then repeat it with the feeling of gratitude:

Step 5: Take Action

Now, since you feel the pleasure in your heart, gratitude, and happiness, you pinch your little finger, while asking yourself: What action do I take now? And make a decision!

Make your decision. Decide now!

Whenever you're ready, slowly open your eyes,
while you remain connected to the infinite cosmic field of energy and information.

Now, you are in the best energy for it!
Pinching your pinky manifests a neuronal anchor.

You may utilize it any time you experience a negative emotion, for example, some kind of pain.
From now on, pinching your pinky again recalls and creates heart pleasure instantly.

It is very essential, to write down your decision about the question:

What action do I take now?

Write it down and start doing the first step right now! Because currently, you are in the best energy for it.

Put a daily reminder for at least 21 days in your planner, calendar, or time management system.
Each time your reminder comes up,

  • redo this meditation,
  • pinch your little finger, or
  • read your notes to recall your thoughts and decision about it.
