What is perfect health?
Perfect health is just the state of self-regulation of homeostasis. Unless you have a genetic abnormality or hopefully penetrant gene for a disease, which is less than 5% of all chronic diseases, then perfect health is achievable. And I can say, I am enjoying perfect health at the age of 73, chronologically age.
Wellbeing is a state of being, as the word implies. If I asked you, on a scale of 1 to 10:
How do you score on your life intuitively?
If you are saying 10, then you're having a perfect life. If you say 1, then your life sucks. And then there's everything in between. Obviously, that's a bad curve and you want to move to the right-hand side of the curve.
We have done many studies. Meditation, sound meditation, mantra meditation, and meditation based on a specific theme or idea, or intention. All produce marked beneficial biological effects:

- heart rate variability increases, which is a sign of good health.
