Your Abundance

Today we start to work toward your abundance. You’re aiming to receive your 1st lesson on day 1 of 21. This is your task and therefore the gift could be a lovely meditation from Deepak Chopra. I am going to invariably send it within the morning and you have got twenty-four hours to complete the task.

Tip: If you have not done so yet, here is the preparation for it.

Don’t worry, there’ll be no judgment or analysis of any quite info. The compromise is inside ourselves.

🌸 Abundance Challenge Day 1 

Let’s think about abundance. What means abundance? What is the result of abundance?
One of the results of abundance is happiness. Other components are mental and physical health and fitness. In the end, abundance appears as soon as you are happy with what you got. But the task of today is to think a little deeper about. For your inspiration read this blog post. Then return back to this page:

Task 1:

 Write the answers of the following questions in your Abundance Notebook:
  1. What would I do today if I died tomorrow?
  2. What would I learn today if I lived forever?
  3. How can I love myself and the world better?
  4. Which action will I take today to move in the direction of my major goals?
  5. Which of my dreams can I make even bigger and initiate the next little step in its direction?

And finally, write down 5 things you are grateful for:

  1. I am grateful for …, because …
  2. I am grateful for …, because …
  3. I am grateful for …, because …
  4. I am grateful for …, because …
  5. I am grateful for …, because …

The challenge of today must be done by this time tomorrow!

      A friend of mine invited me to do this challenge. So I did. On day 3 you will understand where the assignments are coming from. Enjoy your challenge!

    This is a fake addition to the original Deepak Chopra meditation. There are no task to do besides the meditation, the mantra and the intention for the day The forming of a group and tasks have been added by people who don’t understand the intention of the meditations. The meditation is for yourself, not to make chain-letter like groups.

      This may be the case. You may like it or not, it is up to you. If it gives you some additional value, you are welcome to do participate. If not, you don’t have to. It is your freedom of choice.

      I joined a group on whatsapp and was asked to do task on Day 3. I don’t understand the purpose of this Day 3 task?
      Do you think i should leave that group? What do you advise?

        Dear Alka,

        The purpose is to take you out of your comfort zone, which obviously happened. Because this is where your growth takes place.

        And if this chain mail helps to distribute it, it is fine with me. The purpose of it is to bring more awareness of abundance in this world to destroy scarcity, where unfortunately a lot of people still live. To more people, we can get out of there the better. If a challenge and chain mail helps, it is an appropriate way to do it for a higher purpose. Even if I need to admit that I do not like chain mails myself.
