Thinking time for the Abundance Challenge Day 14:
2-6 Breathing Exercise
This is a very powerful breathing technique for boosting energy during your Pranayama Healing sessions. The name says it all: two counts for the inhalation and six counts for the exhalation. You have to pull in a good deal of air to fill your lungs with a complete breath in just two counts, e.g. 2 heartbeats. There is no holding of the breath in this technique. The exhalation is smooth on to the count of six, e.g. 6 heartbeats.

The Law of Dharma
I will put the Law of Dharma into effect by making a commitment to take the following steps:
- Today I will lovingly nurture the god or goddess in the embryo that lies deep within my soul. I will pay attention to the spirit within me that animates both my body and my mind. I will awaken myself to this deep stillness within my heart. I will carry the consciousness of timeless, eternal Being in the midst of the time-bound experience.
- I will make a list of my unique talents. Then I will list all the things that I love to do while expressing my unique talents. When I express my unique talents and use them in the service of humanity, I lose track of time and create abundance in my life as well as in the lives of others.
- I will ask myself daily, How can I serve? and How can I help? The answers to these questions will allow me to help and serve my fellow human beings with love.

I am grateful for being healthy because if I wasn’t I will not be able to work.
I am grateful for being able to stay in my friends house during this week, because i dont have the money to pay for an hotel.
And I am grateful to the man that help me to submit my resident permit on friday and the permit is getting process because like this I don’t have to pay more fines
Further, I am grateful for having à restful sunday, because managed to sleep, to profit of the beauty of the sea and to do start à project I had in mind
I Finally, I am grateful for having my family and friends , because they are a very important in my live
Thank you universe for every day, every meal, every time I am able to.sleep in a bed. Thank you
