Create a Challenge

“Gratitude is like a highway,
Which starts in scarcity and leads into abundance”

How to create a challenge and run it?

To create and run a challenge requires 3 easy to understand and simple to execute steps:

  1. Invite and prepare participants to create a challenge

  2. Share one task and meditation per day to run your challenge

  3. Moderation of your challenge

To make sharing gratitude really easy, you will find share buttons at the bottom of each task.

1. Invite and prepare participants to create a challenge

Find some friends, family members, and colleges, for whom this challenge might be a blessing. Tell or write to them that you participate in an abundance challenge. Share your experience, why you are participating, and explain, why they should join as well. Finally ask them, if they want to join, too.

To run it, you got two choices:

Either, you run your challenge publicly by sharing the posts on

  • your personal Facebook page
  • in twitter
  • on your webpage
  • or any other social media platform of your choice. Choose the one you are the most familiar with!

Benefits: No effort to acquire participants, reaching a bigger number of people.
Drawbacks: No privacy of the communication between the participants, and due to that less engagement.
Effort: 30 minutes, only once for the initialization

Or, you can create a group to run your challenge in a

  • Facebook group
  • Email group
  • Slag
  • WhatsApp group
  • or any other social media platform of your choice.

and add your interested friends to it.

Benefits: Good privacy of the communication, and due to that better engagement.
Drawbacks: Some effort to acquire participants, reaching a smaller number of people.
Effort: 1-3 hours, only once for the initialization

Sharing your first posts to create your challenge

To engage participants you might tell them about their benefits. You can share the benefits just by sharing the blue text for example like this (you are welcome to copy – and modify – this text). Sharing gratitude is easy, by using the share buttons at the bottom of each task. So, you just open the task you want to share with your Abundance Challenge Group and click on a share button of your choice.

I am inviting you to participate in the 21-Day Gratitude and Abundance Challenge:
https://vitality4happiness.com/abundance-challenge/
May I please add you to my group in which I will share the daily tasks and presents (abundance meditations from Deepak Chopra) with you?

Prepare those who agree to participate. You want to send them a description of how to prepare for their challenge:

This is how to get prepared for your abundance challenge:

BTW: You do not have to do it alone! It is no shame if you have questions about how to run your challenge. Just ask them in the Confeneurs Mastermind. The mastermind members are there to support you!

2. Share tasks and meditations to run your challenge

Your daily posts may look like this:

Post for Day 1:

Here is your abundance challenge task for the first day:
https://vitality4happiness.com/abundance-challenge-day-1/

And this is your present for finishing the task of today:

Congratulations for Finishing Your Task of Your Challenge

It is your choice if you publish the task and the present at once or in two individual posts. For your convenience, the meditations can be found on the bottom of each task page. So the second part of the post ( with the link to the meditations https://vitality4happiness.com/mentoring/inner-circle/abundance-meditations-day-1-to-21/congratulations-for-finishing-your-task-of-your-challenge/#XX) is optional.

Post for Day 2:

Here is your abundance challenge task for today:
https://vitality4happiness.com/abundance-challenge-day-2/

And this is your present for finishing the task of today:

Congratulations for Finishing Your Task of Your Challenge

Post for Day X (the XX in the text below has to be replaced by the task number):

Here is your abundance challenge task for today:
https://vitality4happiness.com/abundance-challenge-day-XX/

And this is your present for finishing the task of today:

Congratulations for Finishing Your Task of Your Challenge

Until post for Day 21:

Here is your abundance challenge task for the last day:
https://vitality4happiness.com/abundance-challenge-day-21/

And your present for finishing the task of today:
https://vitality4happiness.com/mentoring/inner-circle/abundance-meditations-day-1-to-21/congratulations-for-finishing-your-task-of-your-challenge/#21

Please notice the different address structure for the meditation link!
Effort: 3-6 minutes each day.
Tip: If run it in a Facebook group, you can schedule the posts. All in one go, which will take about 1 hour and needs to be done only once, then it runs automatically!

Those posts are also available on the Vitality4Happyness FB page:

https://www.facebook.com/pg/Vitality4Happiness/

You are welcome to use the Facebook share function on the posts. And simply share them onto your timeline or abundance challenge FB group! Or copy them to share them in your challenge.

3. Moderation of your challenge

That is pretty individual to you, how much you want to interact with your participants. Since you most likely will start with friends, that should be a pretty easy and natural communication for you. Optionally you may want to add individualized introduction sentence like this:

  • Have a wonderful Mon/Tues/…/Sunday morning, …
  • Have a good start in the new day/week/month/year! …
  • I had a wonderful sleep last night, I hope you too!?! …
  • Did you see the XYZ show yesterday evening? What a pleasure to see. Anyway, let’s continue with our abundance challenge. …
  • Today is our first/last day of the challenge. ….
  • You are doing great so far, let’s keep on going with our abundance challenge. …

to give it your personal character. Because it is YOUR challenge, so it should be your authentic voice speaking/writing to your participants.

I wish you a lot of fun and lots of insights by creating and running your own challenge. It shall stimulate your growth by contributing to your participants.

Vital and happy regards
Klaus Forster

Now, return back to Task 3 and enjoy your meditation. You deserve it!
