Your Gratitude Challenge Task For Today:

Today we focus on our second target, which you wrote down two days ago. Find 5 aspects of why you are grateful for archiving it.
Write down five aspects of the second taret you are grateful for. For example:
I am able to finish a triathlon.
1. I am grateful for mastering 3 disciplines: Swimming, bike riding, and running.Because it balances my physical activities.
2. Further, I am grateful for finishing the medium distance triathlon. Because that was a new challenge, something I have never done in my life before.
5. Finally, I am grateful for the mental and physical strength I gained during the training. Because the growth I got out of it, lets me cope easily with new challenges.
Make sure, your gratitude is expressed in the present time, to experience that it already happened. This makes your target magnetic for you. So that, you will be on the way towards it automatically. Still, you go to pay for it! Your payment currency is your honest belief in your ability to reach it.
