Focussing on something you want to achieve by visualizing it, is like sending an order to the universe. Feeling grateful for receiving it in the presence, is like the order acknowledgment. So, you can be sure that the universe will deliver what you did order. Train your imagination by making your dreams a little bigger every day. Finally, you are completely free with what you can imagine, order, feel gratefulness for. Then you can get anything you want from the universe.
Write down five successes you will achieve by the end of today, you are already grateful for. For example:
1. I am grateful for my discipline. Because it serves my continuous development.
2. Further, I am grateful for today's meditation practice. Because it calms my mind and heals my body.
5. Finally, I am grateful for laws and regulations. Because the make living together in a community easier.
