J'espère que vous avez passé 3 semaines formidables au cours de notre voyage ensemble pour vivre en abondance. Aujourd'hui est le dernier jour de votre Défi de méditation d'abondance de 21 jours. Mais ce n'est pas vraiment la fin, car les membres de votre défi n'en sont pas encore au jour 21. C'est pourquoi, à partir de demain, je partagerai le Méditations de gratitude avec toi.
2. Pratique de gratitude pour la tâche 21
De quoi avez-vous été le plus souvent reconnaissant lors de votre défi d'abondance? Jetez un œil à vos enregistrements de gratitude dans le journal d'abondance et analysez-les:
- Qu'est-ce qui est apparu le plus souvent?
- Pensez, comment pouvez-vous vivre cela encore plus souvent?
Parce que la gratitude est votre source la plus puissante pour vivre abondamment!
3. Veuillez donner un bref feedback avant de passer à la méditation finale Vivre en abondance
Gardez vos canaux ouverts. Ainsi, votre énergie peut circuler. Et restez à l'écoute, car le prochain défi vous aidera à grandir encore plus ! C'est votre année. Votre avenir est entre vos mains. Vous le créez chaque jour, avec vos choix et vos décisions, dans la façon dont vous passez votre temps, les gens avec qui vous passez du temps et comment vous vous sentez à chaque instant. Avec conscience... en gratitude... et grâce

I am so much grateful and thankful for the 21 days abundance practice.. reading and proceeding with the daily practice was actually my favourite time of the day .. I felt really good counting my blessings and recording them 🙂

This was a phenomenal experience.Honestly,I started two challenges ago and at first was sceptical about the entire thing.Its the internet and you can get caught up in hoaxes or be misled, however as time went on I realised this was legit and loved being apart of a group that created a platform for which woman from all over the world could communicate.
My first two attempts at doing the challenge failed but by my third attempt I was successful and loved every bit of it.
I met many wonderful woman and even befriended a few ladies.Klaus this is such a phenomenal platform that you have created and I will continue to be apart of your growing group of woman.

I want to thank you for posting the tasks and meditations for the 21 days abundance challenge, I wouldn’t done it without this site, I started the challenge in WhatsApp because a friend, but she didn’t continued herself so one day (day 6) she didn’t send me the daily message and when I asked her she just said “really? Are you still doing that? ” So I looked up for the tasks and yours was the only place that had them all.
