1. Denkzeit: Trauer und Angst
Dankbarkeit ist eine einfache Möglichkeit, mit Trauer und Angst besser umzugehen
In meinem Buch "I Love Bali! So Hard to Enjoy Life in Bali", ich habe bereits erwähnt, dass der Verlust meines Schwagers der entscheidende Faktor für eine große Veränderung in meinem Leben war. Ja, wie geht man mit einer solchen Situation um? Kann man große Entscheidungen treffen, wenn man in Trauer ist? Und das ist dem Umgang mit Angst sehr ähnlich: Es gibt einen sehr einfachen Weg, mit Trauer umzugehen, genauso wie mit Angst.
Wie kannst du besser damit umgehen? Ich möchte die Antwort mit Ihnen teilen. Es ist einfach Dankbarkeit. Und Dankbarkeitstraining ist sehr einfach zu machen. Denk einfach jeden Morgen an 5 Dinge, für die du dankbar bist. Und schreibe sie auf. Also zum Beispiel:
- dass ich mich noch nie in meinem Leben so fit gefühlt habe wie jetzt
- dass ich synchron mit meinen Werten lebe
Und es können sehr kleine Dinge sein, wie z.
- das kann ich sehen,
- das kann ich hören,
- und dass ich riechen und schmecken kann,
- Kinder,
- dass ich Kinder habe.
Sie werden die Wirkung dieser Übung nicht sofort spüren. Aber wenn Sie diese einfache Dankbarkeitsübung gewohnheitsmäßig durchgeführt haben, werden Sie nach 1 und 2 Monaten feststellen, dass Ihre Angst verschwindet. Und dann können Sie sogar dankbar sein für die Zeit, die Sie mit dem Verstorbenen verbracht haben. Sie können zurückblicken und die Reise des Lebens wertschätzen, die Sie gemeinsam erlebt haben. Und Sie zusätzlich entstanden, es hat mich nicht erwischt. Ich lebe noch, und das Leben geht weiter.

Bitte denken Sie daran, dass mit wachsendem Selbstwertgefühl aufgrund eines Gefühls der Dankbarkeit Ihre Gefühle der Hilflosigkeit und Ihre Ängste verschwinden.
