For example, I chose, among my shortcomings: Judgment of other people.
So, I gave myself the task of being present to myself and not to judge, but also not to feel judged by others, even if I feel judged. I neither will waste my valuable energy thinking about what others do, nor what they think. Instead, I want to spend my thinking time on myself, on my development, to feed my mental growth. Not easy, but possible!

 If your mother already has passed away, you might want to do a deep meditation instead, and connect with her. Speak of your feelings through your heart.

  • Decide what action you will take to fulfill your desire?

If your mother is not in this dimension anymore, do a deep meditation, to connect with her and talk with her about your feelings.

Write in your notebook a description of your mother:

  • Her positive Aspects,
  • Aspects she could improve,
  • What did you learn from her,
  • What draws you closer,
  • What keeps you apart, …
