Dear Kimberly,
even if this is not web page support, here are some recommendations:

2. Use Android 😉 just kidding!
3. Design problems can be solved by a mobile-friendly Theme. I use the WordPress Neve Theme which is optimized for mobile.
4. Mostly loading speed is the major problem on mobile devices. A caching plugin helps to improve loading speed. I have tried a lot of caching plugins. Finally, I am using the WP Fastest Cache Premium, because it is very easy to configure, the mobile speed improvement is huge, and all of my other plugins keep working fine with it. That wasn’t the case with most of the other ones. But the paid version is required. Because the free version of WP Fastest Cache supports only desktop caching.
