Wellness day,
anyway, I went to the morning meditation and yoga class. Jasmine did a Yin class, which included a log of good stretching.

After breakfast it was time to party, I thought about a Hamburger and a beer for lunch. So. I hopped on my bike, down the hill to Penebel village, while listening to Leo Gura talking about truth and self-perception.

Along the way, I passed the Burger restaurant and I thought to get one on the way back. Further along the way, I saw a bike repair shop, where I stopped to ask for a repair of the crankshaft and the crooked mounted pedal. The mechanics started right away with the repair. That's why I decided to go for a walk and find a warung. We agreed, that I can pick up the bike in 2 hours.

Leo talked about Krija Joga, something I have not heard about before. He explained, that it benefits mental growth to increase the level of consciousness. And he mentioned that it is only shared in person between a teacher and a student. I felt immediately remembered my EKS story. It made me curious, but at the same time, I thought, this is a strange strategy to share how to improve higher consciousness.

I could not find a warung, but a supermarket, where I got some crackers and a Singaraja beer. Then I slowly went back. Along the way, I found a booth for Zuckerwatte, and I did not remember when I had the last one. So, I enjoyed a blue one, memories of my childhood came up, going with my parents to the Lullusfest, and how much of a fight it sometimes was to get them to buy one.

Then I did head on to the bike repair shop, and my bike was ready. And he did a fabulous job, he asked for 10.000 IDR, but I was so happy that I gave him 100.000 IDR, which made him happy, too! Happy and relaxed I made it back to the Burger Restaurant, ordered a Special Burger and a beer. But, "Sorry, no beer" was the answer. Anyway, It was ok to bring a beer from the outside. So, I took the bike to find a warung, where I could get one. About 5 minutes later, I was back, started enjoying the beer, and got served the burger. It was a little harder to enjoy that, due to its poor quality. Which made me realize, how spoiled I am from the food at Bali Silent Retreat.

Then I did head back and relaxed on my bed until dinner. I still was thirsty and so I took the bike again to Warung Kuning for another beer. From which I came back right in time to join the fire circle in the hammock, in which I fell asleep.
When I woke up I went to bed, but I could not sleep for long. I felt the pain in my chest spine, and how it was spreading to my heart center, my throat, and lower teeth. After lying awake for a while, I remembered Patricia's recommendation: "Try the labyrinth."
It took me a while, but finally, I got up to do it, and find the answer to the question: "What does my body want to tell me with this pain?"
I took the stone with the inscription "HEALING" and I was only two rounds in the labyrinth when one thought settled down in my mind: "Offer the EKS cooperation and a search engine optimization for their web page. Because, I did a short analysis, that their page is not well ranked on google. Thoughts went through my head, that the method they work is like Trump. And that there is would be a much better impact with a laser-focused strategy.

After writing down my thoughts and preparing an email to answer them, I fell asleep.
