As it is so prevalent in today's society. Yes, in some way, a little bit of fear helps to protect us from danger or harm. But that's not the kind of fear that we will be exploring today. We will be looking at the unhealthy form of fear. The self-imposed form of fear. The kind of fear that keeps us immobilized, or in a state of indecision, of apprehension, or even restlessness. This kind of fear only makes us suffer. Due to that, it really prevents us from living a full life, from doing the things we really need to do, to progress forward. Or it simply prevents us from doing the things that make us truly happy, free, alive, or from living our purpose. We know that fear can be a true hindrance. Because a fearful mind is really still, it analyzes, judges and it can abscess. And quite often we have conditioned ourselves to do this. What a pity, it only causes pain! And when the mind is locked down with this, it's cannot find peace, allowance or freedom. We get stagnant or even stuck. So lets free yourself from unhealthy fear.
