Welche Kombination von Lebensmitteln dient Ihrem Körper und Geist am besten?

Healthy Food Mix2017 habe ich 4 Monate bei meinem Freund in Hanoi gelebt. Sie ernährte sich streng vegan. Ich war nicht überzeugt, aber um es einfacher zu machen, teilte ich die meiste Zeit ihre Diät. Es scheint, als ob daraus ein gesunder Lebensmittelmix geworden wäre. Als ich nach Deutschland zurückkam und eine Freundin traf, machte sie mir ein großes Kompliment:

“Klaus, what did you do with your skin, it looks so clean, did you turn into a vegetarian?”

So motiviert lernte ich immer wieder etwas über Ernährung, die meiner Gesundheit, meinem Körper und meinem Geist dient. Und ich habe einige ziemlich kuriose Dinge über das Essen herausgefunden. Darauf basierend habe ich meine Ernährung wie folgt umgestellt:

3 Grundlagen einer gesunden Lebensmittelmischung

  1. Die wichtigste Ressource für unseren Körper ist Sauerstoff. Ohne sie sterben wir nach ein paar Minuten. Der Schlüssel, um mehr davon in unseren Körper zu bekommen, ist die tiefe Atmung, die Sie zB in Yoga-Kursen, Meditation oder jeder Art von Aerobic-Sport erlernen und üben können. Und Sie können es sich zur Gewohnheit machen, indem Sie immer wieder tiefe Atmung trainieren.
  2. Water, about 70% of our body weight is water, and if we lose only 2 % we got already 10% less energy. So drinking every 2 hours one glass of pure water (without sugar or carbonate – no lolly drinks) keeps you well hydrated and full of energy, plus food with a high water content, which is vegetables, salad, and fruits.
  3. Healthy Food MixAnd here comes a surprise for most people: fats from vegetarian sources, like high-quality cold processed oils, nuts, avocado, coconut, etc., are the third essential part of our nutrition! Our brains contain 30% fat. This is the opposite of what I learned in school: Carbohydrate does not keep us running, but fat does. Because a healthy body is a fat-burning machine. Fat which is high on Omega 3 and 6 is the best fuel and brain food we can get. And different than what one might expect, fats DO NOT make you gain weight, at least as long as you don’t eat too much carbohydrate at the same time. The combination of fat and plenty of water supports your body to detox, by washing out the waste. This results in clean skin.

Bestandteile einer gesunden Lebensmittelmischung

  1. Protein: That’s so easy, if the majority of your food is vegetarian, like vegetables, salad, fruits, smoothies, you are already done! It is easy to digest, so you always got enough protein.
  2. Vermeiden Sie Zucker und frittiertes Essen, reduzieren Sie Kohlenhydrate, weil es Ihren Körper übersäuert. Ein gesunder Körper ist basisch und wenn Sie grüne Lebensmittel wie Gemüse und Salat essen, ist alles gut.

So eine Diät ist ganz einfach! Abgesehen von den gesundheitlichen Vorteilen fühle ich mich heute so fit wie nie zuvor in meinem Leben. Außerdem spart es viel Zeit und Geld. Ich habe die Kosten für Essen und Getränke um etwa 30 % gesenkt. Außerdem habe ich viel Zeit verdient, weil es schnell und einfach zuzubereiten ist.

Is it easy to follow the healthy food mix strictly?

That’s not necessary at all. I usually go for a “junk food day” on Saturdays. Which makes it really easy to stick to the diet for the rest of the week. On junk food day everything is allowed: carbohydrate, sugar, meat, deep-fried food, drugs, alcohol, nicotine, and sex. Okay, I’m not so reserved with the latter anyway. But someday I definitely will write a blog about Tantric energy and its health benefits, probably called:
