Sex is no option: Sex is not love

No, it is not the same. But sex is the strongest component of love. And the desire for sex is the strongest driver for love. It is probably the best if both come together. Both participants, as well as sex and love. Actually, one person cannot satisfy all the needs of another one. That’s why we work with teams and do not love exclusively one person. For some reason, sex gets called “making love”, pretty wise words.

To consider sex as something bad is nothing than religious brainfuck. Each and every one of us, and any creature on the planet is a result of sex. So, what can be bad about Sex? Everyone is a part of the universe and some people interpret the universe as one infinite creature. Sex is sourly needed to rebuild and maintain the whole universal creature.

Sex is no option: Sex Sells

The strongest driver any being got, is a sexual attraction. Sex sells! Why? Because our desire for sex is embedded so deeply in our reptile brain, that we cannot ignore the feelings it creates. And it is the greatest source of energy, tantric– or kundalini-energy. Show me an unmotivated person, and I show you someone, who hasn’t had good sex for a long time. And he or she has probably times of depression, because of not feeling loved. The fear of not feeling loved is the strongest fear we can experience. Because already as a baby we rely on it to survive, so not feeling loved includes the fear of death.

Sex is no option: Monogamy is a fallacy

Because monogamy is against (human) nature. There are no animals, that are living in monogamy, and the human being is nothing like another species of animal. There have been good reasons to invent the idea of monogamy. In times, when sexual deceases were spreading around the world, and killing the majority of the population, it was a smart idea to recommend everybody to stay monogamous. But nowadays, where the diseases can be treated medically and condoms are available to prevent them, there is no reason anymore for this rule. We only keep this rule, because we are used to it.

A marriage is nothing but a financial contract. It does not protect love, not even sympathy. Hollywood makes us believe that romantic love needs a marriage, but hardly anything is further away from the truth than that. A relationship is a game between harmony and tension. Most people enjoy the time at the start of a relationship, the first flirt, conversation, touch, kiss, another date, first sex, playfully trying out what is possible. As soon as they try to conserve this, by getting engaged or married the playfulness gets lost. Having a secure relationship means boredom and kills the relationship in the long run. Sex is no option: That’s just an opinion

Of cause it is only an opinion. But everything we think that we know is only an opinion. There is no objective truth. Anything we see, hear, feel, smell and taste go through the filter of our frontal leap. Everybody got a different filter, which determines what is essential for us. Out of 2,000,000 junks of information, our senses are receiving every second, our frontal leap deletes anything our brain cannot process.

The processing speed of our brain is 7 (+/-2) junks of information per second. Imagine 10 people are watching and experiencing the same soccer game. And each of their frontal leaps deletes 1,999,993 junks of information. For everybody something different is essential. So everyone got his own unique filter. How much will have the remaining 7 junks in common? They got as much in common as the lottery numbers from last week, with the numbers of this week! Based on this selection our brain builds a picture of what is happening around us. I am more than surprised that by the end of a soccer game most of the visitors can agree on the same team that won.

Good for us, because not all of us do not consider the same person as attractive.

Being jealous is not inborn, but only a sign of low self-confidence. Not love nor sex can improve or fix that problem. Only working on your self-confidence can solve it. And there are methods available, to improve your self-confidence. And some of them are so easy to execute, that you will have a hard time to believe that it will work, for example writing a daily success journal. But it workes, it just needs some time and does not show instant results. But in the long run, it makes you so much more confident about yourself.

How to get around with max. 7 kg of luggage

Since mid-2017 I am traveling with carry-on luggage only, whenever I am going on a flight. This means you need to know, how many ounces can you bring on a plane? To stay below the 7 kg or 15 pounds limit of the airline, and depending on the type of airplane, sometimes it is only 5 kg on domestic flights.

Traveling minimalistic = freedom

How many ounces can you bring on a plane? Travel with light luggage is very convenient and this minimalism gives me a feeling of freedom. For me, it’s not the freedom to buy and keep everything I want. I rather save the money an live on its interest. In fact, the most material stuff keeps dragging us down. It rather satisfies the need for security, but this is a fallacy:

  • If the tiger spots the two of us, who can run faster?
  • You with a lot of luggage or me with a little?
  • Wouldn’t it be smart to leave it all behind?

That’s ok in the jungle, but not if you are in a hurry running to your gate, after getting stuck in a traffic jam on the way to the airport, in case the security control took ages or after hopping on the wrong tube on my way to London Gatwick airport. I experienced that last year and it was convenient to run to the check-in counter – it was even less convenient that the gate was already closed by the time I arrived.

Reduction of luggage saves resources and money, due to the trend that most budget airlines ask you pay extra already for the first piece of check-in luggage, some of them up to 40 €. So it saves you 80 € on a return trip. For that kind of money, you can buy the things from the drug store at your destination e. g. sun protection, insect repellant, shampoo or toothpaste, a second pair of shoes, another pair of pants and a rain cape in rainy season if needed. You can leave all of it behind on your way back. In most Asian countries those items are anyway much cheaper than in Europe.

  • up to 7 kg and
  • a size of 55 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm, or 22 inches * 14 inches * 9 inches

How to reduce your luggage by another 2 kg?

How many ounces can you bring on a plane? I found a way to reduce the weight of your luggage by another 2 kg, to get even on a flight with a 5 kg limitation. This trick shown in the video can be used as well to reduce the weight of the luggage from 9 kg to 7 kg, e. g. on the way back home if you added some souvenirs to your luggage. So far it worked for me always, even on the airlines, who don’t explicitly allow one additional personal item.

Minerals in Food

Are too low Minerals in Food?

Badly designed advertising for food additives, because the text has a lack of readability! When will designers ever learn? Form follows function!

Warning: Low Vitamins and Minerals in Food ⚠

While writing this I am sitting in a restaurant in front of a colorful

organic wheatgrass shot recommendation.

This inspired me to think about nutrition. I recalled, that many nutrition specialists keep telling us different versions of the same fairytale over and over again, e. g.:

“Once upon a time, food was better. Today there is low Vitamins and Minerals in Food. Nowadays fruits 🍌 🍎 🍉 and vegetables 🍅 🌽 🌶 only got less than 10% of the vitamins and minerals they contained 20 years ago. As a result, you would have to eat about 10 times more, than your parents had to eat 2 decades ago.”

This is probably also the reason why Coke bottles contained 0.2 litres when I was a child and now they come in sizes up to 1 gallon!🤪

Further, they argue: “The Minerals in Food is low due to:

  1. overpopulation
  2. industrialized production methods,
  3. exhausted soil and poisoning caused by fertilization
  4. rubbish.

I consider that the entire

Low Minerals in Food Story

is complete nonsense, because:

1st lie about Minerals in Food: Overpopulation

This world is not overpopulated, otherwise the population wouldn’t grow anymore, because everything which goes over the edge starts decimating itself. This is just a law of nature.

2nd lie about Minerals in Food: Industrial Production

Industrial production methods make fresh foods better, due to more efficient harvesting and a quicker delivery onto your table. It is even keeping it clean an cooled during transportation if required. So you receive fresher food on higher hygienically standards. I am not talking about processed foods, that is a different story.

3rd lie about Minerals in Food: Fertilizing

Nowadays the soil gets fertilized according to the needs of the plants🌱 that will get planted on it. This is like putting a child in a school that supports its talents and interests best possible. It will learn with ease, and grow faster. And it will be much better, more specialized and will be outstanding compared to what it ever could have achieved in a normal school. This is what farmers did in the past, when they were fertilizing each and every plant with the same combination out of 🐷 piss and bull shit!

4th lie about Minerals in Food: Rubbish

Are Supplements the solution for low Minerals in Food

Especially in Asia (with a few exceptions, such as Singapore and Japan) a lot of the countryside looks like a rubbish tip for polyethylene plastic bottles. This mess is due to a lack of a supply in drinking water quality, no efficient recycling system, and unfortunately – I need to say: Due to a lack of awareness! Luckily one can see that this awareness keeps increasing. But polyethylene is neutral, it doesn’t poison anything, even if you burn it, it just turns into water and carbon dioxide. Plants need both to grow! I am not saying that the plastic bottles belong there, but this kind of rubbish doesn’t harm our food in any way, even if it looks dead ugly in the botany!

By the end of the day, most of those “Minerals in Food specialists” are just selling some kind of overpriced nutrition supplements, e.g. JuicePlus, or this wheatgrass powder. Which are all processed food.

I do not believe that the quality of our food has decreased. And finally, no one can prove it, because nobody has 20-year-old apples or tomatoes available in its food storage which are still in their initial condition, to compare the difference of their vitamin and mineral content with the ones we eat nowadays. I think the opposite is true:

The food available now has never had a better quality

Plus our food has never been so cheap before as it is today. The majority of the world’s population only needs a relatively small amount of their income to buy their food. In the past, it was the main thing they were working for. Ok, in some under-developed countries this is still the case. But the fraction of the population that needs to work all day for food has never been that small in the history of mankind. That’s why my truth is:

Most people just eat the wrong processed food,

  • with too much sugar, empty carbohydrates and
  • too little water content and essential fats!

Eat the fruits and veggies instead of the fucking processed supplements

Eat them preferably raw. If you want a hot meal, so prepare it by steaming the veggies for a short time. And avoid the deep fried shit. Not due to the fat content, only due to the damage, the heat does to the fat. Because that will supply you with more than enough of natural water, fat, protein as well as vitamins and minerals.

Nutrition supplements make sense as a short-term support if you got a lack of some vitamins or minerals. Pretty common is, for example, a deficit of vitamin D in winter for people living in a place far away from the Equator, due to a lack of sunshine. In such case, additives can make a big difference to the quality of their life, mood, and energy. But you want to add them after a blood analysis from your doctor. Based on that you are just adding exactly those that are missing because

Focus is Power!

And you will realize how much energy can give to your body a little correction of supplies in the right direction. But in the long run, you want to add more of the fruits and vegetables to your diet with a higher content of the vitamins and minerals you are lacking of.

Nature always provided everything you need, and it always will.

so I ensure I am making progress every single day. When I make progress, I feel happy and want to set more goals to continue growing. Real goals are not about getting things but about becoming something and growing because of it. Then

and the cycle repeats.”

Jenny Verano: “One of the tools I can think of right now is to decide, out of everything I want to do, what are the one or two things that, if I do them, I will feel like I have had a productive day, and do them first, if possible.

Another tool is to

transform my shoulds into musts.

I can go on and on with reasons why I must workout until I am ready to leave the house. Funny enough I have noticed that initially, I do not need to feel motivated to do the actual workout, I just need to find the motivation to get to the gym. Once I am there, well, there is nothing else to do and there are a lot of people making it look so easy!”

Klaus: “Thank you so much for sharing this technique and your experience with us! Even if the daily successes are only small. The compounding effect will create a huge breakthrough after a time!
